IQC Check
When the spare parts are finished , we should QC each parts before sending to the assembly place .
Sample Test Assembly
We'll try to assembe some samples firstly to make sure all spare parts are no problem .
Spare Parts Warehouse
After IQC and samples tested well , then we will send them into our spare parts warehouse who will proceed all parts to production .
Watch Case Assembly
After got all parts , then go ahead with assembling movement , dial , hands , clean , crown and the caseback .
IQC Bulk After Watchcase Assembly
After finished the assembly of watchcase , then our IQC will check the bulk quality firstly .
